An elegant style of wine displaying an excellent floral nose, lifted fruit characteristics of lychees and white peach with an understated sweetness and a crisp acid structure. Excellent with spicy Asian foods, particularly Singapore chilli mud crab.

The 'Alex' is our flagship white and is a traditional Chardonnay at its best. Produced only in select years the 2024 is a nicely balanced wine. Displaying delicious toasted hazelnut and vanilla characters infused with rich ripe peach and lime aromas. Drink now our cellar for 6 years.

This cheeky little Portuguese varietal is renowned for its lovely balance of acid and tropical fruit characters. Ripe passion fruit, melon and pineapple fruit characters make this crisp fruity wine the perfect match for tapas, paella or a screaming hot Thai green chicken curry! A wine to be enjoyed whilst young and fresh.

 

An excellent example of a lightly oaked Hunter Chardonnay. Matured for six months in old french oak barrels to produce a well balanced delicious wine with subtle lime and melon/fig characters with just a hint of toastiness. Best enjoyed with smoked salmon, your favourite chicken and noodles dish or a creamy pasta .
