An excellent example of a lightly oaked Hunter Chardonnay. Matured for six months in old french oak barrels to produce a well balanced delicious wine with subtle lime and melon/fig characters with just a hint of toastiness. Best enjoyed with smoked salmon, your favourite chicken and noodles dish or a creamy pasta .
