The 'Alex' is our flagship white and is a traditional Chardonnay at its best. Produced only in select years the 2022 is a nicely balanced wine. Displaying delicious toasted hazelnut and vanilla characters infused with rich ripe peach and lime aromas. Drink now our cellar for 6 years.

Just when you thought that Chardonnay could not get any better we go ahead and release the Blanc de Blancs – known to the French as “white of whites.” This spectacular sparkling has vibrant lime and peach flavours with a light bubble that screams enjoy me with friends.

An excellent example of a lightly oaked Hunter Chardonnay. Matured for six months in old french oak barrels to produce a well balanced delicious wine with subtle lime and melon/fig characters with just a hint of toastiness. Best enjoyed with smoked salmon, your favourite chicken and noodles dish or a creamy pasta .

The Hunter's classic white! Hand picked in late January, this wine is showing a lovely tight acid structure with an abundance of strong lemon and lime characters. Best consumed on hot days accompanied by 1kg of fresh Crystal Bay King prawns. Enjoy this wine whilst young and zesty or cellar up to 8 years.

An elegant style of wine displaying an excellent floral nose, lifted fruit characteristics of lychees and white peach with an understated sweetness and a crisp acid structure. Excellent with spicy Asian foods, particularly Singapore chilli mud crab.

This cheeky little Portuguese varietal is renowned for its lovely balance of acid and tropical fruit characters. Ripe passion fruit, melon and pineapple fruit characters make this crisp fruity wine the perfect match for tapas, paella or a screaming hot Thai green chicken curry! A wine to be enjoyed whilst young and fresh.

You get a superbly refreshing wine with lots of tasty citrus flavours together with a crisp tingly finish supplied by the bubbles.
