This is a liqueur Muscat and is a blend of vintages averaging eight years old. It is made from Muscat wine with Brandy added. Savour the rich caramel and toffee flavours. No need for extras, this is fruit cake in a bottle.

This is a medium bodied wine, displaying luscious spicy plum jam and blackcurrant flavours, balanced with toasty oak and traditional Hunter earthiness. A rich middle palate accompanied by fine smooth tannins makes this a traditional easy drinking style, whilst still retaining a complex character and structure. A must for lamb shanks, or try basil and prosciutto wood fired pizza.

The CEO range is made from high quality parcels of grapes specially selected by the Ernest Hill CEO. 

The two varieties combine to produce a wine rich in flavour, with the blackberry/ mulberry flavours of the Shiraz combining beautifully with the dark plum and blackcurrant of the Cabernet.
