Our estate grown Tempranillo is a medium bodied wine displaying a ripe raspberry fruit palate with hints of liquorice and spice. Twelve months maturation in French and American oak barrels has added some wonderful, subtle toasty, characters. Best matched with white bean and chorizo casserole or roast suckling pig.

2022 Chicken Shed Chardonnay

An excellent example of a lightly oaked Hunter Chardonnay. Matured for six months in old french oak barrels to produce a well balanced delicious wine with subtle lime and melon/fig characters with just a hint of toastiness.
